Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can downgrade your subscription anytime by going to the Stripe billing portal link provided in the user account menu.

Is my payment info secure?

Yes, your information is securely processed with Stripe. In order to minimize PCI compliance burden we do not store credit/debit card numbers on our servers and all payments are done on Stripe hosted payment pages. In addition to that we also have a zero tolerance to fruadulent transactions and if we or one of our automated systems determines a payment too high risk, you will immediately be refunded and all premium features will be instantly revoked.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and/or debit cards along with Apple and Google pay. We also accept payments with Link.

When is my usage reset?

Your usage is reset on the first of the month.

Can I get a refund?

If you have issues with our product, we will refund you in full if you contact us within 90 days. For none issue inquires, you can request a refund within 60 day period by emailing info@krastie.ai.

Why was my payment refunded?

We have a zero tolerance to fraudulent transactions and we dont accept payment too high risk or you use a disposable email. If you believe we mistakenly refunded a low or medium risk payment, you can email info@krastie.ai but we cant guarantee that we will reverse it due to Stripes strict requirements.
