Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can downgrade your subscription anytime by going to the Stripe billing portal link provided in the user account menu.
Is my payment info secure?
Yes, your information is securely processed with Stripe. In order to minimize PCI compliance burden we do not store credit/debit card numbers on our servers and all payments are done on Stripe hosted payment pages.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and/or debit cards along with Apple and Google pay. We also accept payments with Link.
When is my usage reset?
Your usage is reset on the first of the month.
Can I get a refund?
If you have issues with our product, we will refund you in full if you contact us within 90 days. For none issue inquires, you can request a refund within 60 day period by emailing [email protected].
