Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how Anchorpenewersoft LLC DBA Krastie AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles cancellations, billing changes, and refund requests for Krastie AI (the “Service”) available at https://krastie.ai.
By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of use.
Cancellations
You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account billing settings.
When you cancel:
- your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
- you will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for
- cancellation does not automatically delete your account or workspace data
Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or approved under this policy.
Subscription renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Refund eligibility
We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases such as:
- duplicate charges
- billing errors
- unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, after review
- other verified payment issues
We generally do not provide refunds for:
- partial subscription periods after cancellation
- unused AI credits, keyword searches, or other plan allowances within an active billing period
- renewals that were not canceled before the renewal date
- accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of use
If you believe a billing issue occurred, contact us promptly so we can review the case.
How to request a refund
Email support@krastie.ai with:
- the email address associated with your account
- your workspace name, if applicable
- the transaction date and amount
- the reason for your request
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
If a chargeback is filed for a valid subscription payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account, as described in our Terms of use.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
