Cancel your plan

You can cancel or downgrade your Krastie subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not delete your account automatically.

Cancel from the billing portal

1. Sign in at app.krastie.ai.
2. Open Account → Manage billing (Stripe customer portal).
3. Cancel or downgrade your subscription and confirm.

What happens after you cancel

• Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
• You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Your workspace data remains unless you delete your account.
• Canceling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period unless required by law or covered in our Refund policy.

Downgrade instead of cancel

If you still need Krastie but want lower cost, downgrade to a smaller plan in the portal instead of fully canceling.

Reactivating

You can resubscribe anytime from app.krastie.ai/pay or the billing portal.
