How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is permanent and removes your user data from Krastie. Canceling a subscription alone does not delete your account.

Before you delete

• Export anything you need — documents, reports, and integrations cannot be recovered after deletion.
• Cancel billing if you want to stop charges — see Cancel your plan. Deletion may take a minute to complete across services.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in at app.krastie.ai.
2. Open Account from the app menu.
3. Scroll to Delete account and click Delete account.
4. Confirm in the dialog.

After confirmation:

• Your data is scheduled for deletion.
• You are signed out and redirected to the login page.
• Deletion may take up to a minute to finish processing.

Team workspaces

If you own a team workspace, consider transferring ownership or removing members before deleting your personal account. Deleting the owning account affects access for the whole team.
