Payment methods

Update the card or payment method on your Krastie subscription.

Payment methods

Manage the payment method used for your Krastie subscription through the Stripe customer portal.

Update your card

  1. Sign in at app.krastie.ai.
  2. Open Account from the app menu.
  3. Under Billing, choose Manage billing (or open the billing portal from your plan section).
  4. In the Stripe portal, add or replace your payment method and save.

Changes apply to future charges. Updating a card does not by itself change your plan.

Who can manage billing

Team owners and admins with billing access can open the portal. If you do not see billing controls, ask your workspace owner to update payment details or grant access.

Failed payments

If a charge fails, Stripe may retry according to its rules. Update your payment method in the portal to avoid interruption. You will retain access through the end of any period you already paid for unless your subscription is canceled.
